What it is

Five flat loop bands, one per color, each a different thickness, so each one gives a different resistance. You get 5 bands (black, red, yellow, blue and green).

Size: 600 × 50 mm per band (supplier's description; it does not say whether 600 mm is the full loop or the flat length). Thickness: green 0.35 mm, blue 0.5 mm, yellow 0.7 mm, red 0.9 mm, black 1.1 mm (supplier). Shipped bag: 10 × 5 × 5 cm, 120 g.

Material: latex (supplier's description; the supplier's material field says "plastic", and the description says latex, so we treat them as latex).

Safety

Do not use a band that has a nick, a tear or a thin spot. Keep bands away from sharp edges, heat and direct sun. Not a toy for children.

Inspect each band before every use: stretch it slowly and look for nicks, thin spots or cracks; anchor it low and never pull it toward your face; wear leggings or long pants, since bare skin lets a band slide up. Why: the CPSC has recalled resistance bands of other brands because a band or part of it can come loose and strike the user (most recent: recall 26498, May 21, 2026), and buyers of other loop bands report bands snapping and sliding up bare legs (not Tavrov reviews).
