Frequently asked

What is a Tavrov report?+

One page per product with what we checked ourselves (size, materials, stock, shipping time), the complaints of real buyers, the honest con and every source with its date. If we could not confirm something, the report says so.

Are the reviews yours?+

No. We are new and have no reviews from our own buyers yet. The ratings shown come from our supplier's platform and are labeled "not ours".

Where does my order ship from?+

From our supplier's warehouse in the United States. Each product page shows the delivery time. We ship only inside the US for now.

Can I return it if I change my mind?+

No: all sales are final for change of mind. Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are replaced or refunded if you write within 30 days of delivery. Details on Returns & Refunds.

About Tavrov

A small store that shows its work

Tavrov started in Brazil as a curation store: we only list what passes our checks, and we publish why. The US store sells a few products we checked one by one, shipped from US warehouses. Questions: [email protected].
