Who it's for
For working on a laptop at a desk or a table without looking down at the screen. It raises the laptop toward eye level and folds flat to travel. Skip it if you will not use a separate keyboard: with the laptop raised, typing on its own keyboard is awkward.
What it is
A stand made of two folding aluminum X-frames with silicone pads where the laptop rests. It sets at several heights and folds into a flat bar that goes into the gray pouch. You get 1 stand (black) and the pouch.
Size from the supplier's dimension photo: base 24 × 16.5 cm (9.45 × 6.5 in), height 5 to 14.5 cm (1.97 to 5.71 in). Another photo in the same listing says 7.5 to 17.5 cm (2.95 to 6.88 in); the supplier does not say which one is right, so we show both until we measure a sample. Folded: 27 × 13 × 2.5 cm box, 224 g shipped.
Fits laptops of 10 to 15.6 in (dimension photo; the text says 8 to 16 in).
