Questions
Is it a slicker brush?
No. It has straight stainless-steel pins with rounded tips (supplier's photos), not the fine bent wires of a slicker brush. It is a grooming brush that drops the hair when you press the button.
Is it metal? Will the button last?
The pins are stainless steel, but the body and the push button are plastic. The button is the part most likely to wear if you press it hard many times a day; press it gently to release the hair.
Where does it ship from, and how fast?
From our supplier's warehouse in the United States, in 3–8 days after your order is confirmed (within 1 business day). We send you the tracking number when it ships.
Is shipping free? Is there sales tax?
Shipping inside the US is free. No sales tax is charged today; if a state ever requires it, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure checkout. Tavrov never sees your card number.
Are the reviews on this page from Tavrov buyers?
No. They come from buyers of other stores, shown with their date and source. The Tavrov report says what we checked ourselves and what is still unproven.
Something went wrong with my order. Who do I talk to?
Write to [email protected] with your order number. A person answers.
