Short rules for buying at tavrov.com from the United States. Last updated: October 30, 2026.

Who sells and who ships

Tavrov, a small online store based in Brasília, Brazil (CNPJ 60.306.716/0001-43), sells the products on its US pages. Each order ships from our supplier's warehouse in the United States.

Prices, tax and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown at checkout.
• No sales tax is charged today. If a state ever requires it, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is by card on Stripe's secure checkout.

Shipping

• Shipping inside the US is free.
• Each product page states the delivery time (usually 3–8 days). We email you the tracking number when it ships.
• If we cannot ship within the time we stated, we tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund (US Federal Trade Commission rule).

Cancellations, returns and refunds

They follow the law where you live and what our supplier covers. The full rules are on our Returns & Refunds page.

• Before it ships: cancel for a full refund.
• After delivery: no returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items: email us within 30 days after delivery, with a photo.

Reports and reviews

Each Tavrov report says what we checked ourselves and what is still unproven. Reviews shown on our pages come from buyers of other stores, with their date and source; they are not Tavrov reviews.
