Privacy Policy (US store)

What we collect

• Name, email, phone and shipping address: you type them on Stripe's checkout page, to deliver your order and send the tracking number.
• Your card: Stripe handles it. Tavrov never sees or stores your card number.
• Site visits: our own counter records only the page visited and the link clicked. No cookies, no IP address, nothing that identifies you.

What we use it for

Only to process and ship your order, send tracking, answer you when you write to us, and keep the records the law requires. Nothing else.

Who receives it

• Stripe, which processes the payment.
• Our supplier's US warehouse (CJ Dropshipping) and the carrier: only your name, shipping address and phone, so the package reaches you.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising.

Our social accounts and the APIs we use

Tavrov publishes about its products on its own accounts: Pinterest (@tavrovoficial), YouTube (Tavrov Oficial) and Bluesky (@tavrov.bsky.social). We do this through each network's official API, with the store owner's own authorization. This is about our posts, not about your order.

• Pinterest. We use the Pinterest API (OAuth) to create boards and pins about Tavrov's products on our business account and to read the performance numbers of those pins. We do not collect, receive or store personal data of other Pinterest users through this connection. Our access token is kept encrypted on the owner's computer, and it can be revoked at any time in the Pinterest account settings. Pinterest handles your data under its own Privacy Policy.
• YouTube. We use YouTube API Services (OAuth) to upload videos (Shorts) to our channel, to read the numbers of our own videos (views, watch time, likes) and, to answer you, the public comments left on our own videos and our replies. We use those comments only to reply and to see how our videos perform. We do not sell or share them and do not use them for advertising. By watching our videos you also agree to the [YouTube Terms of Service](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); Google handles your data under the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke our access to the channel any time in the third-party access settings of the Google Account that owns it.
• Bluesky. We post from our account using the AT Protocol API with an app password (not the account password), kept encrypted on the owner's computer. Posts on Bluesky are public by nature. We read only public counts of our own posts (likes, reposts, replies and quotes) and, to answer you, replies to our posts. We do not collect other Bluesky users' data beyond what you publicly write to us.
• Your name, email, phone, address and card (see "What we collect") are never sent to these networks.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deliver and support your order and to meet legal record-keeping duties.
